It has come to our knowledge that some oxygen concentrators branded with OMRON’s name are being sold in India.

We wish to clarify that these concentrators do not belong to OMRON Healthcare India and so the company is not responsible for:

- any malfunction or damage that may occur as a result of use of these products,

- providing service or warranty support, and

- looking into claims in relation to the products’ performance
