To initiate a service request, warranty claim, or accuracy check, please contact us via phone or submit a request through the Service Request Form. Our Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the process.

Please ensure that a copy of the sales receipt, invoice, or warranty confirmation email is submitted with the form or presented upon request. Customers are required to arrange delivery of their device to the service centre at the address above.
