This tens machine does help in reducing shoulder stiffness and some reduction of existing pain.
It is too early in my useage to provide 5 stars bit certainly 4 stars.

This product helps to alleviate my chronic neck pain.
The only problem I have is that the pads don’t always adhere to the skin fully otherwise I am impressed with it.
