What is Premium Care by OMRON?

Premium Care by OMRON is a subscription-based program designed to support preventive heart health by empowering individuals to proactively manage their cardiovascular well-being.

Through its innovative insurance coverage model, AI-powered blood pressure status reports, Premium Care encourages regular blood pressure monitoring and healthy lifestyle choices. With this plan, customers get to enjoy priority customer service along with enhanced warranty coverage not available under the standard terms and conditions.

What are the benefits of Premium Care?

As a subscriber of Premium Care, you get to enjoy the following benefits:

i. Monthly Personalised Blood Pressure Health Reports:

Monthly blood pressure status reports will be sent to you to give you deeper insights based on your blood pressure readings to empower you to take proactive measures for your health.

ii. Enhanced device protection with hassle free pick-up and repair:

Rest easy while we pick up and return your Bluetooth-enabled Device for service to and from the authorised service centre in the event of a product issue, accidental damage, liquid damage, or battery leakage damage not covered in the standard warranty terms & conditions.

iii. Accident & Sickness Insurance coverage of Heart attack, Stroke and Accidental Death:

Enjoy step-up coverage of up to S$10,000 as you engage more with your OMRON Bluetooth-enabled Blood Pressure Monitor. The insurance coverage is underwritten by QBE Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd and covers persons from 18 to 75 years old (both ages inclusive). Do note that if you have had occurrence of a heart attack or a stroke before or have had any heart surgery or procedures in the past 1 year, the insurance component of the program will not be applicable to you. However, you will still get to enjoy the other benefits of the program.

How do I sign up for Premium Care?

To register for Premium Care, you will need to own an OMRON Bluetooth-enabled Blood Pressure Monitor and follow these steps:

  1. Click here to register your warranty for the Bluetooth-enabled Device.
  2. For new devices / users: Click on “Sign up Premium Care” after product registration.
    For existing Bluetooth-enabled Device users: Log in to the Members Club page or OMRON connect app / Members Club. Go to the “My Premium Care” tab and click on “Sign up Premium Care”. You will be redirected to the Premium Care application page (Managed by Bolttech).
  3. Choose your preferred Premium Care subscription plan (Annual or Monthly).
  4. Register your credit card for automatic billing of the subscription fee.
  5. Enjoy the benefits of Premium Care by OMRON.

In the event of stroke, heart attack, or accidental death, what is the payout if I do not meet the activity and Blood Pressure reading requirement in the month?

Your coverage amount in the current month will correspond to the activity level you achieve in the last month.

For example, if you only measured your blood pressure 5 days this month after syncing your BP readings to the OMRON connect app, the coverage for the next month will be S$2,000 (even if the data falls within the healthy zone).

How much does the subscription cost?

Premium Care by OMRON is available in annual or monthly subscription. Your credit card will be automatically charged annually or monthly depending on your selection. Customers who sign up for the annual plan will enjoy savings on the total subscription amount.

Annual plan: S$99.00 per year (savings of S$45.00)

Monthly plan: S$12.00 per month

What method can I use to make payment?

Your credit card will be used to process the initial payment. Based on the selected plan, subsequent charges will be applied automatically on a monthly or annual basis. For your security, credit card information will not be stored by us directly; instead, all payment details are securely encrypted and managed by our trusted payment provider.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Annual subscriptions can only be canceled at the point of the next renewal cycle. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at least 3 working days before the next monthly billing cycle.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to OMRON Customer Service to provide the instructions to cancel the subscription. Please include information of your subscription ID and email.

Do note that we are not able to provide refunds midway through your subscription.

Will I lose access to the benefits immediately after cancelling my subscription?

Your Premium Care benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing / renewal cycle, based on the plan you selected (monthly or annual).

How do I make a claim?

You can make a claim notification by following these steps:

  1. 1) Access My Premium Care from the Members Club on web or OMRON Connect app
  2. 2) Select “Make a Claim”
  3. 3) Choose if the claim is for Service or Insurance Coverage
  4. 4) Follow the on-screen instructions

Are there additional fees I must pay when I make a claim?

No, there are no additional or hidden fees when you make a claim. However, there may be additional fees required if the device is sent to the OMRON Service centre which falls out of the scope of warranty or device protection.

How many subscriptions can I have?

Each OMRON Members Club account is entitled to 1 Premium Care subscription per Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor Device.

Maximum insurance coverage per OMRON Members Club user is up to S$10,000 regardless of the number of subscriptions. In the event of an insurance claim, the subscription with the highest stepped-up coverage will be paid.
