Omron may, without your consent, process your Personal Data where necessary (i) for the performance of contracts executed with you; (ii) for ensuring compliance with our legal obligations; or (iii) for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. In addition to the aforesaid necessity, Omron will process your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data based on your consent.

นโยบายฉบับนี้จัดทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรในภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย ในกรณีที่มีข้อขัดแย้งระหว่างฉบับภาษาอังกฤษกับฉบับภาษาไทยของนโยบายฉบับนี้ ให้ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษมีผลบังคับใช้
